After being on birth control pills for about a month and a half, i've been eating constantly!?

im not even hungry, how can i break this habit before i gain weight? I already drink aLOT of water already.
Answer:
You stop eating. It's that simple. You have to realize that you only should eat when you're hungry and not eat when you 're not hungry, even if you want food. It's just will-power, and no one can tell you how to have that.
I had the same problem when I was on birth control thats why I dont use it anymore. I recommend using a diaphram or reasearch other methods.
it's totally psychological...it has nothing to do with the pills. the pill can cause a very small weight gain b/c of the effect it has on your hormonal balance, but even that is contested by many doctors. it does not make you hungrier. just eat less.
idk, stop eating(only eat when your hungry)
