What's the feedback been about the Alli weight loss pills so far?

I am not taking it but I have heard that it causes pretty constant diarrhea. Don't know if its worth it for me after hearing that.
Bad news... Bad news..
I read that if you ate too much fat while on it, you'd get "oily gas." So.um..no thanks.
